Arrival and departure
Everything you need to know about check-in and check-out
Check-In: from 15:00 on the day of arrival
Check-out: until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure
Late check-out: use of the wellness oasis, cake buffet with coffee and tea - for a fee
In case of arrival after 6:00 p.m. we kindly ask you for a short notification.
Underground garage with one free parking space per room (second parking space per day € 9,50). Four charging stations are available for electric cars ( for a fee).

Apartments Flora at the outbuilding
- The apartments are directly connected with the Nagalu (through the underground garage).
- The use of swimming pool with garden, wellness area, fitness room and children's playroom are included in the price.
- Breakfast in the Nagalu is included.
- Coffee and tea is free in the Nagalu.
- Afternoon cake (15:00 to 17:00) included in the price.
- Wellness bag with bathrobe, bath slippers and towels available at the reception (deposit required).
Rooms
We ask for your understanding that we cannot promise certain room numbers or floors bindingly. The floor plans are schematic and serve as orientation, deviations are possible.
Pets
Pets are allowed on request and are welcome in the lounge and sun terrace. Cost: € 20,- per pet/day excluding food. In the ski - hiking room you will find a dog station with towels (2nd floor, exit north).
Kids
- Crib and high chair available for free.
- Children's bathrobes are available at the reception (free of charge).
- Wellness area and fitness room not accessible for children under 15 years. Children welcome in the swimming pool area from 09:00 to 20:00 (parents are responsible for their children).
- Playroom on the same floor as lounge and dining rooms, outdoor play area with sandbox and water games in summer.
Payment
Payments are possible in cash, by credit card (MasterCard, Visa) and by EC-Bankomat card.

We kindly ask you to indicate your name and travel date as reason for payment in case of a deposit, so that we can allocate the contribution correctly.
Cancellation conditions
To give you a high level of security, we have adjusted our cancellation conditions as follows for the winter season 2022/ 23 for you.
Winter season
Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. If you
cancel between 29 and 7 days before arrival, 70% of the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. If you cancel your vacation
7 days to 1 day before arrival, 90% of the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee (according to the AGBH).
Any deposits paid will be credited towards a future vacation.
This credit can be redeemed for a rebooking until 2028.
No price commitment for rebookings.
Cancellation conditions for summer
You can cancel or rebook for summer 2024 up to 14 days before arrival at no additional cost.
No reasons need to be given. After this period, the General Terms and Conditions apply.
Any advance payments made will be credited towards a future vacation.
This credit can be redeemed for a rebooking until December 2028. No price fixing for rebookings.
