We ask for your understanding that we can’t guaranty you specific room numbers or floors.

The floor plans are schematic and for guidance only, deviations are possible.

The usage of the swimming pool and wellness area is included in the price. Breakfast at the Nagalu can be booked against a fee at any time (adult € 16,– / child € 10,-).

Good to
know

WIFI is accessible free of charge in the entire hotel.

Children’s beds and chairs are available for free.

Pets are only allowed upon request.

Breakfast from 7:30am to 10:00am. Wellness area and sauna open from 3pm to 8pm.

Prices

The prices for a booking at the Nagalu are per day and person.

The local tax is € 2.60 per day and person (over the age of 15).

The surcharge for bookings that are 3 nights or less is € 10,– per day and person.

If requested, we can offer an all-inclusive price including skiing passes.

we ask you to let us know in advance if you arrive after 6pm

Cancellation policy

You can cancel or change your booking for summer 2021 up to 14 days before arrival without additional costs.
Possible without giving any reasons. After this period, the general terms and conditions apply.

Furthermore, a free cancellation or rebooking is possible UNTIL THE DAY OF ARRIVAL under the following conditions:

° In case of classification of the country of origin as a risk area and
associated quarantine regulations upon arrival
° In case of a valid travel warning for Austria/Tyrol/Region Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis
and associated quarantine obligations on the return journey
° Border closures
° Official closure of mountain railroads and infrastructure operations
° Official closure of accommodation facilities

Play it safe when booking your vacation. If something should come up or the measures for the containment of the Coronavirus with us or with you prevent a vacation, no further costs result for you.

Any deposits made will be applied to a future vacation in the form of a credit note.
This credit can be redeemed for a rebooking until 2025. No price commitment for rebookings.

Winter 2021/ 2022:

Up to 30 days before arrival, cancellation is free of charge. Should you cancel
29 days to 7 days before arrival date, a cancellation fee of 70% of the booking amount will be charged. Cancel your vacation

7 days to 1 day before the day of arrival, 90 % cancellation costs of the booking sum will be charged (according to the AGBH).

Furthermore, a free cancellation by the vacationer as well as the hotelier for the period December 10, 2021 to April 18, 2022 is possible at any time, if one of the following three points applies to your travel time:

1. arrival or departure to Austria cannot be guaranteed due to a border closure.
2. Austria, Tyrol or the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis region is classified as a risk area of the highest category
of your government is classified
3. after departure, you have to go into legal home quarantine.

Any deposits made will be applied in the form of a credit towards a future vacation.
This credit can be redeemed for a rebooking up to 2025.
No price commitment for rebookings.
